Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of increased demand, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the holiday season (November through December), processing times may extend to 2–4 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow the progress of your delivery.


Shipping Within the United States

Standard Shipping

  • Complimentary shipping is offered on all U.S. orders over $65.
  • Orders under $65 will incur a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Standard delivery is typically 3–4 business days after processing, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

For transparency and convenience, an estimated delivery date range will be displayed at checkout before your purchase is completed, allowing you to review the expected arrival window for your order.

While most shipments arrive within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are estimates only and may occasionally vary due to carrier operations or external factors beyond our control.


Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.

Available delivery methods, costs, and estimated arrival date ranges will be presented during checkout based on your shipping address.


International Shipping

Lavivi Jewelry proudly ships to customers worldwide.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Canada: 6–10 business days
  • Europe: 7–12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
  • Other international destinations: 7–15 business days

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs clearance procedures may occasionally extend delivery timelines.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS.

Tracking information generally becomes active within 12–24 hours after the carrier receives the package.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout.

Lavivi Jewelry cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Delivery Responsibility

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

Lavivi Jewelry is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, severe weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your tracking status indicates that the package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend first contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

In the rare event that your shipment appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can help initiate a carrier investigation.

Claims for missing packages must typically be filed within the timeframe required by the shipping carrier.
