LAVIVI Jewelry was born from a story of love, legacy, and beauty that lasts.

For as long as I can remember, jewelry has been part of my life. Growing up, my mother gifted my sisters and me beautiful jewelry from Ivory Coast. She has always been a true jewelry lover — the kind of woman who receives compliments everywhere she goes because her pieces are elegant, unique, and unforgettable.

Her love for jewelry became my love too.

I learned early that the right piece of jewelry can instantly make you feel polished, confident, feminine, and put together — even on the simplest day. Whether you are running a quick errand, going to church, attending an event, or walking into a room full of people, jewelry has a special way of helping you feel bold, beautiful, and seen.

When I moved to the United States over 15 years ago, I brought with me the jewelry my mother had gifted me. Over the years, I kept receiving compliments from friends, strangers, women at church, and people I met in stores. They would often ask where my pieces were from because they looked so different, so elegant, and so luxurious — like million-dollar jewelry.

But what amazed me most was not only how beautiful the pieces were. It was how long they lasted.

After 10, 12, even 15 years, many of my jewelry pieces still looked stunning. They kept their shine, beauty, and “wow” effect. When I shared this with my mother, she told me that some of her own pieces had lasted over 20 years and still looked as beautiful as the first day she wore them.

That is when I realized this kind of jewelry was too special to keep to myself.

I had bought jewelry in the U.S. before, but many pieces did not keep the same beauty, quality, or longevity. I wanted to offer women something different — jewelry that feels unique, elegant, meaningful, and made to be treasured.
