Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

At Lavivi Jewelry, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns or exchanges in accordance with the policy below.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 90 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • The return request must be made within 90 days from the delivery date

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • The return period begins on the date the shipment is marked delivered.

Exchanges

We offer complimentary exchanges within 90 days of delivery for eligible items.

Exchanges are available for:

  • A different size
  • A different style of equal or higher value

To request an exchange, please email us with your order number and the item you would like in exchange.

Once approved, we will provide instructions for completing your exchange.

Refunds

After your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the return is approved.

Refund Processing Time

Once the refund has been issued, it will be automatically credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn earrings
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
