Returns & Exchanges

We truly trust our products so we offer a 90-day returns and exchange policy. Please contact us within 90 days with your order number, a brief explanation of why you are returning the goods and/or exchange details. 

We do not refund shipping fees for returns.

Please note we cannot refund or exchange earrings because of hygiene reasons. This policy is there for the protection and health of the customers. Please read our product description carefully before purchasing. 

• All products must be returned undamaged with no signs of wear in the original packaging - if not your return will be refused and sent back to you.
• You can exchange an item for another item of the same price or less. If you want to exchange your item for a cheaper item we will refund you the difference.
